You MUST be Ready!!
February 17, 2012

Are you prepared for a survey that could result in TERMINATION of your provider number?

Learn about the new CMS survey protocols and the operational changes you MUST have in place to avoid survey deficiencies.

On May 1, 2011 CMS completely revamped its state survey protocols. These changes will focus on quality of care!!!

You Must understand the revised survey protocols to avoid getting slammed with deficiencies the next time a surveyor walks through your door.

We will help you:

  • Pass your next survey with fewer deficiencies
  • Respond to an increase in the number of questions that surveyors ask
  • Improve your medication-management protocols to avoid deficiencies
  • Learn how the responsibilities of Clinical Supervisors have changed!!
  • Learn about questions that surveyors will ask your staff!!

Surveyors started using the new protocols May 1, and the things they'll be looking for will take time to implement. You can't afford to wait!
